1. Product Disclaimer (No Models or IP Emblems Included) Howard Custom Hangars designs and crafts custom diorama bases and display hangars. None of our products include the actual mecha models, action figures, faction flags, or copyrighted decals shown in our promotional media. Models are strictly for scale reference. To ensure full copyright compliance, we deliver our display panels completely BLANK (ideal for your own DIY decals), or we can provide an original AI-generated personalized emblem upon request.

2. Independent Creator Statement We are an independent creative studio. Our structural designs and layouts are independent creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party franchise, toy brand, or intellectual property holders.

3. Production Lead Time & Payment Our products are hand-crafted. Depending on the size and complexity of your requested design, the crafting process takes between 3 to 30 business days. For heavily customized pieces, prices shown may be reference prices. Final pricing will be confirmed via consultation, and a customized Draft Order link will be sent for secure payment. Production starts only after full payment is received.

4. Electrical Safety (LED Systems) Our illuminated display bases are designed to operate strictly on 5V or 10V USB power. You must use standard, certified USB adapters or power banks. We are not responsible for any damage, short circuits, or hazards caused by unauthorized electrical modifications, overvoltage adapters, or improper use.
