Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We currently ship to select global regions (including North America, Oceania, Middle East, and Asia Pacific). All orders are shipped via Premium Air Freight. Once your custom build is completed (Estimated production time is 3–5 weeks), the estimated air transit time is 7 to 12 business days.

Taxes & Duties (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP) We ship all orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means the final price you pay at checkout includes all shipping costs, import duties, and local customs taxes. You will not be charged any additional hidden fees or customs bills upon delivery.

Customs Information Requirements To ensure smooth customs clearance, please provide a valid and accurate phone number at checkout. For specific regions, local customs may require additional info:

  • Taiwan: EZ Way registration name and ID.

  • South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).

  • Middle East: A highly accurate local phone number is mandatory for courier delivery. Failure to provide this information may result in shipping delays.
